Update on my physical activity. Due to being pregnant and
suffering from some abdominal pain and nausea I had to tone down my fitness
activity. I am currently trying to do Zumba three times a week but so far ive
been failing miserably. Hopefully I can find the time and energy to kick it up
a notch.
This past September and October I participated in the Bikini
Body Mommy Challenge. It was awesome and I did it with a few of my friends. It
got me into the regular routine of working out and I lost 13 lbs, 1 inch of my
chest, 8 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips, 1 inch off each thigh,
and 1 inch off each arm, with a total of 12.5 inches off my body in about 7
weeks. This was all while being pregnant. If I hadn’t been feeling sick, and
was able to finish the challenge, who knows where I would have been. If youre
looking for a way to get into shape and shed the LBS I suggest giving her
workout routine a try. None of the workouts
took very much time and are all designed for women who have had children. I
loved almost all of them. The program is free and asks for 6 days of working
out, rotating every other day with her exercise and a cardio activity. I really
likes the variety and that the only things you needed were weights (I had 6lbs)
and a timer (there are great free ones in your app store). If youre interested

90 day challenge and its only 6 days in. Not too late to get started if you are
interested. They even have a pot you can put money into and if you lose a
certain percent of your body weight you make some money. Whatever keeps you
motiviated. I cant wait to get this baby out and get back on the program and
lose the weight. Who knows how great I’ll look and feel after 90 days?!
